Where to Eat... |
|
Breakfast |
Mimi’s Cafe is an excellent place to give yourself a hearty breakfast. Make it extra special with the gourmet recipes concocted by no less than their much-celebrated chefs. The ham and cheese croissant and their croissant provencal are just gifts from heaven. I can’t wait to see the new additions to their menu. |
Lunch |
Lunch time at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant is highly-commendable. It’s quite among many locals because of its fabulous menu. My friends and I usually make our own pizza. It is fun as usual. It starts with a base of tomato basil sauce and mozzarella cheese. Each topping of choice amounts to $1. I recommend the Italian or the andouille sausage. |
Dinner |
French cuisines for dinner? La Foret Restaurant is situated southwest of downtown San Jose. Find this amazing gem of a place at 21747 Bertram Road and be glad you’ve stopped by. No doubt this is much raved about simply because of the succulent meals that will make you swoon to the heavens. |
What to Do... |
|
Morning |
San Jose Museum of the Art operates from Tuesdays to Sundays at 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. |
Afternoon |
Visiting wineries in San Jose is enjoyable especially if you are a ‘wanna be’ wine connoisseur like me. I enjoy taking tours and tasting sessions with some of the thriving wineries and distilleries in the area. Try the South Bay Wine Tours if you are up for some informative exploration of the wineries in the Santa Cruz Mountains and the Santa Clara Valley. |
Evening |
The Blank Club is a fierce destination for party-goers. Dance the night away with the freshest beats spun by hip DJs. Various live bands perform onstage as the audience lovingly gives in to the music. This haven is sure fit for the music lovers. |
